[Los Angeles, CA] ThunderBall Films, LLC has executed a formal agreement for co-production with CashWorks HD Productions of Cary, NC of the new documentary, “Obama in NC: The Path to History.”
Under the terms of the Agreement, President-Executive Producer, Mario Domina of ThunderBall Films, LLC (www.thunderballfilms.com) will work closely with Cash Michaels, President-Producer of CashWorks HD Productions (www.linkedin.com/pub/cash-michaels/9/281/26a), and Producer-Writer and Narrator of the film, to jointly create, develop, produce and set-up for worldwide distribution (Theatrical, TV and DVD) the project, as well as various spin-off projects based on the film.

Michaels is a veteran award-winning newspaper journalist for both The Carolinian Newspaper of Raleigh, and The Wilmington Journal of Wilmington, NC. The documentary was made in association with both African-American newspapers.
Making its debut in Raleigh, NC on Jan. 16, 2010, this extraordinary documentary examines the historic 2008 presidential campaign of Sen. Barack Obama [D-IL] in North Carolina against the backdrop of the Southern state’s legacy of Jim Crow laws and civil rights struggles.
Though Obama eventually won the state, both in his primary showdown with then-Democratic Party rival Sen. Hillary Clinton [D-NY], and later during the fall general election against Republican opponent Sen. John McCain [R-AZ], the burden of being the first viable African-American candidate for the presidency always threatened to derail his campaign, and bid for history.
Audiences that have seen the film throughout North Carolina have hailed it as “powerful,” “an epic” and a “must-see.”

Sundown Entertainment, Inc. of Chicago and ThunderBall Films, who previously have executed a co-production agreement on their recently produced DVD `Frame 313: The JFK Assassination Theories,` which ThunderBall set up with MONARCH FILMS, INC. for worldwide distribution, is now developing and expanding the film.
The completed film covered the five most credible JFK assassination theories surrounding the murder of President John F. Kennedy on that fateful day in Dallas. The examination of the evidence allows viewers to make up their own mind and vote online in one of the most famous murder cases in American history; which also encompasses new evidence, interviews from expert investigators, researchers and doctors, as well as former FBI agents, CIA operatives and KGB Members.
The new film in development will focus on new evidence and surround the 45th Anniversary of this historic and tragic event.
Additionally, the partners, ThunderBall and Sundown, will jointly create, develop, set up, produce and distribute various other projects for television and feature films.
